Matt Spears, an enduro rider known for his bold creations, took a destroyed Ducati Panigale and transformed it into a custom dirt bike, with the engine intact but the chassis damaged.

He adapted it to be extremely powerful and durable, with fun being the main goal of the modification. Recently, he challenged the creators of BUM, who developed a tricycle with a CBR1000RR engine, to test their machines in the snow, and Spears took the Panigale to face the challenge.

Initially, Spears used a paddle tire and skis, without studs, but soon realized the tire wasn’t working as expected. Fortunately, he had the studs with him and installed them to improve performance. During the test, he also encountered other custom creations for snow, such as a mini-Jeep/ATV with snowmobile tracks and a turbo snowmobile, which turned out to be much faster than the Panigale.

These modifications and challenges showcase the creativity of Spears and other motorcycle enthusiasts, who are always looking for new ways to push their machines to the limit.

For those who want to see all of this in action, the video of the experience is available on YouTube to check out the details of the modifications and performance of each machine.
